workshops

As a creative practitioner and a workshop artist, I have developed a wide range of techniques that have been implemented into specialist workshops. I have experience working with pupils from primary, secondary and further educational establishments. I have also worked with adults from varied backgrounds with a range of abilities.

As part of the Cottonopolis Arts Collective; our first exhibition, Chew the Float, was curated at the restoration project, Victoria Baths, Manchester. This gave us the opportunity to engage with the community with specialist artistic workshops. This had lead to further workshops with the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.

Working within gallery settings is also a strong familiarity, in particular Sale Waterside Arts Centre where every year I facilitate the summer school. Curious Minds have also enabled me to plan and develop effective workshops across Lancashire. I am based in Manchester and can travel around its surrounding areas. I am now in the position to deliver three professional workshops:

All workshops are a guideline; projects can be altered to suit the needs of the pupils and their projects. I would be happy to discuss any ideas that you have in mind. Alternatively I can send you set project outlines.
